1. Order Processing and Dispatch Timeline

We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible to minimize waiting time. Most orders are handed over to our logistics partners within 24 to 48 hours of successful order placement. Our team operates from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and regional holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated notification with the courier details.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

We provide reliable shipping services across the country. Regardless of your location, we aim to deliver your products within a standard timeline of 3 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that these are estimated timelines provided by our courier partners, and while we strive for punctuality, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen logistical issues or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges and Transparency

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product, dimensions of the package, and the delivery destination. To ensure complete transparency, all applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed on the Checkout Page before you make the final payment. There are no hidden costs or surprise taxes applied after the transaction is completed.

4. Real-Time Order Tracking

To keep you informed about your purchase, we provide a real-time tracking facility. Once your order is handed over to the courier, we will send you a Tracking Link and a unique Tracking ID via email and SMS. 5. Serviceable Areas Across India

We currently offer secure delivery services to almost all serviceable pin codes within India. We partner with reputed national logistics companies to ensure that even remote areas receive their orders safely. If your location is in a region not currently covered by our primary partners, our support team will contact you to arrange the best possible alternative.

6. Delivery Attempts and Return to Origin (RTO)

Our courier partners will make up to three (3) attempts to deliver the package to your registered address. If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts (due to the recipient being unavailable, a locked premises, or an incorrect contact number), the package will be Returned to Origin (RTO). In such cases, additional shipping charges may be applicable for scheduling a re-delivery.

7. Damage Inspection Upon Delivery

We take great care in packaging your products to prevent any damage during transit. However, we strongly recommend that customers inspect the parcel for any signs of tampering or damage before accepting the delivery. If the package appears torn, crushed, or the seal is broken, please do not accept it and report the issue to our customer support team immediately.
