1. Return and Exchange Timeline

At Bhukteji.com, we take great care in quality control. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a return or exchange. You must raise a request within 72 hours (3 days) of the delivery date. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to process any return or exchange requests.

2. Mandatory Conditions for Returns

To ensure a valid refund or exchange claim, the following conditions must be strictly met:

  • Unboxing Video (Mandatory): For the safety of both the customer and our brand, it is compulsory to record a clear, unedited Unboxing Video while opening the package. The video must show the shipping label, the initial opening of the seal, and the specific damage or error in the product. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.
  • Product Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition, in the same packaging as received, with all original tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • Invoice: The original tax invoice must be provided along with the return request.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been handed over to our logistics partner. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated immediately.
  • Cancellation After Shipment: Once the order has been dispatched or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, follow our return process once the product is delivered to you.

4. Refund Process and Timelines

Once your return request is approved based on the unboxing video and initial verification:

  • Return Pickup: We will initiate a reverse pickup through our courier partners.
  • Quality Check (QC): After the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. If it passes the QC, we will approve the refund.
  • Refund Initiation: Approved refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of the QC check.
  • Credit to Original Method: The refunded amount will reflect in your Original Payment Method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain products may be marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page (e.g., innerwear, personal care items, or food products) due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are received in a damaged condition with proof.
